Side Effects
No side effects have been reported.
After a session, some people may occasionally experience, during the night and/or within the week, a resurgence of old or recent ailments. This is a sign that the body is doing its part of the work.
Contraindications
As a preventive measure, we do not recommend BBJ-CARE for individuals with electronic implants such as pacemakers or transcutaneous hearing implants.
Room Dimensions
- No object (cabinet, desk, chair, wall, person, light fixture, etc.) should be within 60 cm around (in all directions) each of the two antenna spheres.
Chair Model
- A plastic or wooden chair without any metal components should be used.
- The backrest must be lower than the person’s neck.
- The seat height should be between 47 and 50 cm to avoid being too close to the floor, ensuring optimal performance of scalar waves and allowing feet to rest on the ground. Cushions may be placed under the feet if they do not reach the floor.
- Armchairs are not recommended as they are too deep, too low, and have thick backrests.
- You may use a cushion on the seat.
- Example: Low-back plastic chair available at Northdeco.com for under €40.
Wearing Glasses and Jewelry
- Check with the supplied powered rod that your glasses and jewelry are non-magnetic, meaning they contain no steel.
- Gold, silver, copper, and brass are compatible with BBJ-CARE.
Smartphones and Electronic Devices
- You must not have a smartphone or tablet near you.
- A screen or speakers can be positioned at least 1 meter away from the perimeter of the antenna spheres.
Posture During the Session
Reading a book is not allowed because:
- The head must remain straight to maintain proper alignment of the ears with the midpoint of the diffusers.
Alignment is achieved using the supplied telescopic rod. - Taking a nap is beneficial during the session, provided you are certain to keep your head straight.
